We are planning this year’s Annual General Meeting for the weekend of 5 September 2026 and 6 September 2026. Please make a note of these dates for now.
We plan to meet on Saturday, 5 September 2026, at the Dorinthotel Am Goethepark in Weimar, where the conference will also take place. In the evening, we will come together in the hotel and end the day with good food and pleasant conversation.
The historic and beautiful city of Weimar offers plenty of opportunities to round off the summer with a short break. Weimar’s sights are all within walking distance.
On Sunday, 6 September 2026, we will visit the Al Shama Arabians Stud in 99444 Blankenhain, Niedersynderstedt, owned by the family of Dr Christina Felton. There we will see the stud’s horses in hand and under saddle and spend a lovely morning. The event will conclude with a light snack.
An invitation with a list of hotels and a detailed schedule will follow in the coming weeks. Anyone wishing to confirm their attendance now is welcome to do so informally by email. We are also happy to answer any questions by email.
